You have super similar stats to me. I still haven't gotten an interview either and I applied as soon as the app opened. Everyone keeps telling me to just be patient and trust the process. You should be fine with where you applied.

I think it is reasonable to add some more schools to your list (if you want to - I do not think you necessarily need to). I initially had 10 schools, but then I added UNC, UCSF, and Maryland this past week. Yes, it is later in the cycle and they are competitive programs ---- BUT we don't really need to travel or anything this cycle... so why not!
Ultimately, the decision is up to you.

Your stats look good btw! It looks like you have been very active during your undergraduate career.

Other things:
I guess mention that your shadowing was interrupted due to COVID?
I'm still adding a couple more hours to my app.

I think I'll add some more schools... I just don't want to risk going through a whole cycle and getting nowhere. And yes, I mentioned that my shadowing was interrupted! Were you able to find more shadowing opportunities? I feel like even if I can go in, the last thing they need to worry about in a pandemic is an undergrad student hovering over their shoulder.

Believe it or not, all of my shadowing was during COVID. I'd guess it really depends on the Dentist. I have shadowed OMFS in Tampa where COVID is awful, and I have been able to shadow a few places in Kansas where COVID really hasn't been too terrible. Those were though family/family connections though. I'm also going to shadow a pediatric dentist and a periodontist within the next few weeks. These last two are just my dentist when I was a kid, and my dentist rn.
