Hi, I am a Texas Resident who recently graduated May 2025 and am currently applying in my gap year. I appreciate all of your help and advice. I plan on applying to all of TMDSAS and was hoping for some advice on out of state schools both MD and DO. Thank you again!

750 Hours in club sports, and I was a teaching assistant for a science lab course
750 Hours in research across 3 labs with 1 publication (4th author)
150 Hours of shadowing (5 diff specialties)
500 Hours of clinical work as a medical assistant
150 Hours of clinical volunteer in a hospital
350 Hours of nonclinical volunteer (church and community)
Letters: I have a committee letter but no letter from a DO
I am a little worried about my essay writing, but what do you guys think about this list?
