Please include a list of schools you are interested in applying to! It is much easier for users to help you when you have taken the time to construct your own school list first!

-UTHSC, MUSC, Louisville, NOVA, LECOM, UPenn, UNC, USC,Rutgers, BU, NYU
-These are just some schools I’ve thought of but I’m open to advice or other opinions.

These are just a few locations that I think I’d enjoy. I’ve also found that they’re OOS friendly. Is there a reason that you ask?
if one of your main criteria is "OOS friendly", why do you have MUSC and UNC?

you get interview invites and acceptance from having mission fit with a school
"locations i think i'd enjoy" is not mission fit...

They’re close to Tennessee, good schools, and also great locations? I also made this post because I wanted opinions on what schools people think I could apply to. I’m not sure that’s why I listed some schools that I have thought about.

your AA is in the 94th percentile and your TS is in the 92nd percentile
combined with your nearly perfect GPA, you can apply to any school...

Agreeing, you could apply to any school. BUT you must persuade admissions teams that you are genuinely interested in their schools. Picking a school because you have always wanted to "live there," isn't enough to justify a huge change in cost of living.

For example, your volunteering is focused on rural communities, so I'm not sure how UPenn, USC, BU, Rutgers, or NYU fit.

I think your profile is better with more clinical and non-clinical experience, but you probably will get some attention from schools in your region. I think you should look into UAB (check IS/OOS). Having no research hurts your chances with Ivy schools (Penn). Seriously UTHSC is your obvious "lock" if all goes well with your application. To that end, schools outside your region would likely stay away unless there is a stronger mission fit.

With a little hesitation, I would consider High Point if you are thinking about going to UNC. I think they may be more accommodating with you having no research. ADD/Consider: VCU.
