How many physician shadowing hours do you have ?
How many hours of clinical volunteering/employment with patient contact do you have?
Do you have any non clinical volunteering hours ?
Which state will you claim for residency (you can only claim one in your application) ?

I speak spanish yes, physician shadowing around 50 in primary care. clinical volunteering around 500. non clinical volunteering 200. state residency i don't know yet but it would either be ny or ct
