Hello,

I just got my Step1 score and got a 223. I would like to know what my chances are at lower-tier programs. My top choice is Geisinger, as that is where I am from and want to return to after medical school. I am an MD student. Thanks.

Look at other form posts there is no “list” it’s very subjective. Any University of X will be at least mid tier. You are looking for more off-the-beaten-path community programs.
