Remove UConn and Rutgers since they are state public schools that will assume that an applicant with your high stats will go elsewhere. You should receive multiple interviews from the other schools on your list.

Consider adding U VM, USF/Morsani, UTxSW, Baylor, swap out UCSD for UCSF,
