ok, what is your citizenship?

Please understand, more details are needed. This isn't a plug-and-play system where we can give you your chances based on numbers alone. Holistic review is real, and dental schools know good applicants are more than numbers.
I understand Im happy to answer questions this is my first time posting this

For what it's worth, there are many Middle Eastern-heritage individuals in US dentistry, including academic dentistry. Where did you apply?
I applied to columbia, penn, ucla, usc, ucsf, uop, western university, michigan, vcu, bu, nyu, uic

I applied to columbia, penn, ucla, usc, ucsf, uop, western university, michigan, vcu, bu, nyu, uic
columbia, penn, ucla, ucsf, uop, michigan 5 of the top 8-10 most difficult to get into schools in the us (outside of TX)
despite your excellent stats, these are reaches for everyone
vcu may have regional issues
uic takes very few oos
bu, nyu you will likely suffer yield management

so my chances arent looking good? 😞
i think cali is the only state that doesnt prefer in state students as much and its kind of sad

With your metrics, the reaches are more reachable, but they are still reaches. Without further information about your fit with them, it's hard to know. They have the advantage of picking who they want. I won't be as discouraging, but you need to know that you have chosen programs that are difficult for everyone. Trust the process, and we'll see.

I don't think UMich is a bad choice given the large number of Arabic/Muslim families who live around Michigan. At least they have water polo. It's just difficult for every applicant, but you might as well try.

That said, California schools are hard to get into, but you carry in a 4.0/23 (470)/18 (390), which will get attention. You need the mission fit and track record to succeed in their curricula (class size, patient demographics, specialty options).

My concern is whether you have enough dental exposure to stay on par with applicants to those top notch schools. Your experience seems a little light, so it's a question of how much a program would want you to have to convince them you are ready for a career as a dentist.

not saying they aren't good
it's just a numbers game, and mission fit is going to get to interview invites/acceptances
and we cannot know about that in depth

if you would've asked in the spring, i would have suggested a lot more in-range schools, but those go against your stated goals of "east coast" and "top schools"...
