Highly regarded programs for clinical training and would set me up for specialization success if I choose to do so. My brother is a Penn Dental grad. I also have family that graduated from Marquette Dental and Creighton Dental.

You have way too many schools on your list, especially if you have had family members who attended three of them. This isn't undergraduate admissions.

Okay, thank you for the feedback, I will cut the list down. I was worried about my chances due to my lower DAT score compared to some of the schools’ averages. What would you recommend?

your brother and other family members didn't tell you how many schools to apply to?
what about your pre-dental advisors?

My brother and uncle were 7-year BS-DDS/DMD so they never had to apply to a number of schools. My grandfather is deceased and my cousin only applied to 3 schools.

Advisors didn’t have much of a recommendation because I have a good GPA but a lower DAT compared to the schools’ averages.

but your advisors should have given you at least some guidance on selecting a school list

you still haven't explained how all 20 schools are "highly regarded for clinical training" i see only a few on that list
as to "set me up for specialization success" there are more in this category, but they are also reaches due to your DAT scores (although your research will help at some schools)
you get interview invites and acceptances from having mission fit with a program
to a lesser extent, geography plays a role
you should also check OOS (and WI) acceptance rates in the past

you fit the mission of asdoh, but not mosdoh?
similarly mw-il, but not mw-az?
you list contains schools from the mountain region (and usc) across to florida, then up the east coast turning towards the midwest
you are better off concentrating in the midwest/central/rust belt area to start and then pick a few schools outside that area for variety...
