I'm a non traditional in a post bacc pre health program that is well regarded in my state. (NC). had issues during undergrad, wasn't fully confident in my ability to do medical school and took time to figure out if it's what I truly wanted. I had a severe family death my last semester and traveled back for forth home to school and my last semester grades tanked. Fully my responsibility.

Mcat: 510

undergrad cpga:3.1

undergrad sgpa:2.7

Post bacc GPA: 4.0

Paid clinical hours: 2500 (MA and scribing)

Research - 300 hours (at my top choice school)

Clinical volunteering:100. Covid vaccines and recent regular vaccines.

Non clinical volunteering- 500 hours (tutoring, yeah I know but I'm really good at biology and english), food banks, dance clinics.

Leadership- haven't tracked hours but I was on executive for my honor society, and every semester held a leadership position.

URM, army brat with strong family ties to NY. Currently in NC.

What are your cGPA and sGPA including your post bacc? How many hours do you have at the food banks? Which URM community are you from? If you are Hispanic, are you fluent in Spanish?

I don't know my gpa including post bacc. I calculated previously and my sgpa is about 3.2. I am black, i am not fluent in spanish. It's been 5 years since my undergrad.

Some of the schools on your list are unrealistic with your stats. CUNY only admits applicants through their undergraduate program and the SUNYs admit very few non residents with your stats. I suggest these schools:
