Dont really have much for this - TA'd 3 courses - 150+ hours.
Played IM sports and Summer leagues.

-Employment- Include timespan and weekly commitment for clinical experience (work or volunteer), research, other employment, and nonmedical community service.

Worked part time as a manager all throughout college (20 hrs) which caused me to commute total 1.5 hours back and forth to go to college. Do not have any leadership experience in college.

2 LORS are good. 1 is average

Graduating in May, probably going to find more relevant work in a lab or scribe for gap year. Do I have a chance of getting into any school? ECs are what I am worried about judging on what some of these other students are doing. Appreciate any feedback, thanks.

I think your chances are quite good. I think it's a decent packet and even with the lower numbers of non-clinical volunteering, you can bulk those up over the app cycle and make sure to send updates (where welcome).

I suggest aiming for all low and even a few medium tier MD schools, any new MD program, and any DO program. MSAR Online will be a worthwhile investment.

I agree with Goro that you're in pretty good shape. Your stats are above the average for MD matriculants, assuming balanced MCAT subscores.

For Leadership, list the managerial aspect of your job separate from employment, if you like (I'm assuming you started in a more mundane position and worked your way up). Or put it under Employment, but name the activity Manager of XXXX, which implies a leadership role, explaining how it was a leadership role in the description.

For nonmedical community service list the 50 nonclinical hospital hours. It would have been nice to see some service to the poor, too, but you'll get by without at many schools.

Did you get course credit or pay for TAing the classes? Then it's not a volunteer activity and could be listed under Teaching.

Thank you for your reply Goro. What do you recommend I focus my attention on from this point on?

Edit: Thank you too Catal for the help, I will keep that in mind.
I reached the threshold for course credit in TAing (around 8 credits in total).

My Radiology internship consisted of a 40 hour week over a summer where I spent my day shadowing radiology residents and some medical students at a teaching hospital. Basically follow them around while they dictated their cases and attended case review.
