Are you still looking? I have a set of original lecture notes, not copies, along with the lecture videos. They play on the newer DVD players so you don't have to watch them on your laptop.
Let me know. I'm going to post them for sale here anyway. I'm including 60+ cases from my USMLEWORLD account for CCS. The cases I had on the exam came right out of these cases. I have them printed and in a 3-ring binder along with the CCS cases from First Aid for Step 3.
