I remember someone posting links to various templates for organizing patient information and I can't seem to find them using the search function. Anyone know where they are?

I used this for a couple weeks, until I figured out that most places have some kind of "rounding list" function on the computer that enables you to print out something like this on the patients you have to see, saving lots of time copying labs onto paper.
