"Warming" crap

Anyone know what's in these recently advertised Tylenol/Theraful 'warming' products that makes you feel warmer? I looked at the ingredients and think maybe the anhydrous citric acid... but really not sure...any ideas?

I thought the citric acid component would stimulate the trigeminal nerve to induce a tingling and salivation component, warming component may be additive due to 10% alcohol-that would warm me up 🙂!

ETA: no alcohol...Anhydrous citric acid, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, FD&C blue #1, FD&C red #40, FD&C yellow #6, flavor, glycerin, polyethylene glycol 1450, propylene glycol, purified water, sodium benzoate, sorbitol solution, sucralose, sucrose (for the tylenol...)

I thought that was the list of KY ingredients at first, when I got to sucrose I was laughing .

Reminds me of a compounding pharmacy I was at. We'd make a topical sildenafil...strawberry flavored. 😳

a drug that causes it to go down....i'm not talking about a side effect of a drug

Propylene glycol and glycerin base...and it was marketed for female sexual arousal disorder as an "orgasm enhancer".

Oh and we made it pink. 😳

Ethanol usually works for this quite well

Seriously, I found this on some random website:

Ice packs: Ice applied to the penis and perineum may reduce swelling.
Surgical ligation: Used in cases where an artery has been ruptured, the doctor will ligate (tie off) the artery that is causing the priapism in order to restore normal blood flow.
Intracavernous injection: Used for low-flow priapism, during this treatment drugs known as alpha-agonists are injected into the penis that cause the veins to narrow reducing blood flow to the penis causing the swelling to subside.
Surgical shunt: Also used for low-flow priapism, a shunt is a passageway that is surgically inserted into the penis to divert the blood flow and allow circulation to return to normal.
Aspiration: After numbing the penis, doctors will insert a needle and drain blood from the penis to reduce pressure and swelling.

On the lighter side:

A prophylactic with the sildenafil on the interior and lidocaine on the exterior would make billions if marketed correctly.

I can even think of some brand names that would my account locked.
