Did a search but couldn't confirm this- does Wash U pay for airfare and hotel??

I know that last year, Wash U paid for my hotel, but did not cover airfare. There were some applicants from the St. Louis area and the program strongly suggested that they stay at the hotel and also covered their hotel expenses.

There is definitely no reimbursement for airfare. However they do put you up in a nice hotel and take you out to a great dinner!

Last year was their first year not paying for flights. The previous year they paid for flights but the program director's secretary told me she thought that would be the last year they did that because they were getting so many qualified applicants.
