Washington DC programs?

Anyone have any info on either of the two DC programs? A search isnt turning anything up that it very relevant, and scutwork has a few old old entries. Thanks.

I was told by my program director that he doesn't even know anything about them. Which means that they probably aren't spectacular... but they are likely not in much trouble either. He told me to apply there for location, not necessarily for the program itself. I however do not want to make any assumptions, so who really knows?
