Is it a waste of time and money to apply to UVA with a 3.5 GPA and a 28 MCAT if you are not a state resident?

Thanks guys.

What about a GPA of 3.84 and a 32 MCAT?? Not a state resident, but lived there for 10 years?

they don't care if you lived in va, no matter how long you lived there, if you're not currently a resident. (second hand experience)
