Hey guys

Been noticing this implant being used more. It seems to be placed in the left atrial appendage. Supposedly this prevents the need to be on blood thinners. It's not a pacemaker /defib. Thus any issues with RFA or SCS? or any issues with other procedures we all do?

Thanks

Along the same lines, has anyone seen Inspire device? It's like SCS for sleep apnea. Saw it for the first time recently, really cool.

Anyway, decided against cervical RFA because of it but not sure if that was warranted.

I have a couple patients with them. Interesting thing is (my understanding) that they aren’t mri compatible. Wonder if this will change? Like scs did
