We do welcome new posters and their questions

I am a bit disturbed at some of the vetern poster's answers lately.
They seem to have forgotten the days where they were
new to the process and didn't know about most things going on.
Please folks, let's remember that we have new people join SDN every day.
If you don't want to read or answer their questions, then don't, but don't
make people feel uncomfortable about asking something they want to know about.

To all our new posters, I say Welcome!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would also encourage new posters to do a search for for some of the answers to their questions as well as posting. AlthoughI'm sure there will always be some kind folks on here willing to re-answer "old" questions, new posters might get more info by searching too.

When in doubt, ask! The dumbest question is the one that you don't get answered because you never asked.
