weak and strong acid base

how do u distinguish what are strong/weak acid/base?

and is there any other way to distinguish which is acid/base without looking at H or OH in each molecule?

Yeah, look at the thing attached to the hydrogen or hydroxyl group... basically, if something makes a strong acid (like Flourine) it will make a weak base.
