when a secondary asks for your weaknesses, what are okay things to put?
whatever you want. just make sure to put how you are or plan to deal with the weakness.
Honest without seeming weak. Don't just MSU it.
of a common thread...
the concept of not knowing your limitations (when to ask for help, playing to your strengths rather than trying to do it all, etc) - i think that this is a HUGE lesson that is only learned through experience and shows maturity...

I'm putting that I struggle with balance in my life, b/c I want to do so many things. But, that I am constantly trying to improve my time management, etc. etc. etc.
Wouldn't time management be a bad thing to put, since medical school should keep you pretty busy....? It could look bad. Just an idea...(not meant to piss anyone off)
Do you think they don't know that time management is always an issue? I'm confortable saying that one of my goals is to constantly improve it, not that it's awful to begin with. At a certain point, everything you put is a weakness and isn't the most flattering thing. It's best to be honest, and say how you are dealing with your flaws. WE all have them.

I think whatever you want will be fine too.

Maybe you should make a positive example, such as , I take on too many task. With time management , it can leave you open for them to talk more about and maybe making you look too weak. Just an idea.😀
