Please post a good website that can be used by medical students and residents that properly describes and shows how to properly deliver a baby's head while protecting the perineum. There seems to be some misinformation out there.

What is the misinformation you're referring to? Can you giev some examples?

With respect to the head, there is the "hands-on" and hands-off" approach. Regardless, I suggest you refer to an obstetrical text such as Williams or Gabbe as they both describe the steps entailed in a normal vaginal delivery.

Best of luck!

i agree, williams or gabbe is the way to go.

if it's protecting-the-perineum part you are wondering about, there are some great cochrane review articles on perineal massage, impact of anesthesia on perineal lacs, etc...
