I'm A medical student & one of my Dr. gave me a part of history which is ( 30 years old male presented to the OPD complaining from chronic cough with excessive sputum production) & he ask me to search a bout a clinical senario to make a power point presentation on a complete case.

Just look at emedicine entries for bronchitis, TB, etc and see what the typical symptoms, demographics, etc would be. You should be able to create a case from that. If you are looking for ready made cases, NEJM and other medical publications sometimes have complicated cases, or you could purchase something like case files (or blueprints version of the same) for IM.
