Hey guys, I'm a newbie here and I just wanted to thank everyone for all the good info that I've found on these forums. You guys are awesome.

Okay, so my question is, I just graduated from Northwestern with a not-so-hot GPA (3.25 or so). However, I have heard from different people that Northwestern is a difficult school and medical schools know that so they give a little more leeway. Does anyone know anything about this?

Thanks!

I have been told by admissions committees that your undergrad institution is definitely considered when looking at GPAs. So no worries, YinYin! You'll be fine! 😀
