Africa and Middle East Weill Cornell Medicine: What do they search in their applicants?

So from what I understand, they require above average SAT scores and lots of extracurricular activities. However, what is the most important factor in their admission?

I am talking about WCM in Qatar. They offer a 6 years program and it requires SAT. Sorry for not making it clear
