Weird email from NMS/AOA .....

I received this email:

Could you please contact our office ASAP, as we have a question for you
regarding your participation in the AOA Osteopathic Matching Program.

I'm kinda freaking out ... I withdrew from the AOA match on 1/28 (last day) at 14:39 EST (2:39pm ET) ... received email confirmation and triple checked ... has anyone received this email? They contacted me at closing time, so when I tried to call I received their voice message.
Does anyone know what this could be about?? Am I still in the AOA match??

I actually had 1 program ranked. Then, after much deliberation, I withdrew.

You have an email confirmation of withdrawal so I wouldn't let it worry you too much tonight. They may actually be double checking that you meant to withdraw since you ranked a program instead of withdrawing without ranking anyone. Who knows.

Your intuition was correct, they just wanted to confirm it since I had put in a rank list, and then withdrew myself. I am withdrawn still. Thanks for putting me at ease.

I also withdrew on the last day and received a phone call the following monday from NMS double checking if I in fact wanted to withdraw. I thought it was nice of them to double check before removing me from the match.
