Its under behavioural health

Basically the question is asking about a girl who's forehead acne is getting worse. She started a vegetarian diet 6 months ago, shes been eating a lot of chocolate, and she works as a flag person for a construction company and is required to wear a helmet. Her brother received a chincilla pet 2 months ago and she has erythematous pustules and papules. What is the most likely cause of her exacerbation?

Allergic reaction construction materials
Allergic reaction to pet
Chocolate consumption
Excessive sun exposure
Vegetarian diet
Wearing a helmet.

Forgive me if i'm wrong but this sounds like a really stupid question? I chose chocolate and got it wrong haha.

The answer is wearing a helmet. Pathogenesis of acne involves inflammation and excess keratinization of the follicles → inflammation. The choice that would affect only the forehead is wearing helmets. I agree that it's a weird question.

I agree with the wearing the helmet answer but isn't sun exposure also an exacerbating factor for acne?
