Weird Personal Statement Format

My personal statement lost its tabs and enters when I pasted it onto optomcas.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Any tips to fixing it?
Should I be worried?

I'm pretty sure it always does that. I would just read through and make sure all your content pasted and nothing got cut out accidentally.
