Weird question before DAT

Hey everyone!

Just have a question about the the days leading up to the exam. I heard people saying to relax but how you guys manage it? Honestly Im really burned out, I may sound silly but there is something I need help with. I isolated myself from everything, and I really feel weird and stressed out. I quit masturbration for long time and that could one of the reasons.

It's hard to get sleep and to focus those days before my exam. I'm not sure if that thing is causing me to panic.

Any advice?

I don't know if it might be interfering with memory loss/concentration or something like that. I read in the internet that porn does that so I quit that 2 months ago and stuck to masturbation weekly or even 2 every two weeks

I guess that caused me to get low scores on BC? not sure but the stress is REAL so I guess I should do it more often then

Lmao this is such a weird conversation. If you're worried about porn messing with your memory, technically you don't have to watch porn to masturbate. Lol try staring at your destroyer book. Look at all the problems you got right

If you have time to go over it again, I recommend going over Destroyer again.
