VERY gently used (4-5 times) Welch Allyn Panoptic Ophthalmoscope / Macroview Otoscope Diagnostic Set (97200 - MPS). The only thing missing is the eyecup for the ophthalmoscope. This is a cheap part to replace (I googled and found a set of 5 eyecups for $18.25). The handle is lithium ion with plug in charger.
