I'm far from qualified as a helper to the current allopathic group, however, maybe when the newbies come around this summer and next fall, I can help a lot more. (Actually, I think initially they wanted me to advise pre-allo, but I begged and so they let me do both)

An advisor is really not a whole lot different than the rest of the members of SDN, cept they expect me to be here and to be available to "advise".

well, I don't know about the administrators, but the advisors are volunteers. I think the mods are too.
