::blink::...::blink::....you can sure try. I'm not sure if they actually say a minimum. Is that their standards. If so, I would caution you then. You will be overlooked and/or your application may not even be considered.
However, if you look on their website. The average sGPA is 3.41, nsGPA 3.50 and the average over GPA is a 3.45. So, as to the minimum being 3.4, I think you misinterpreted the facts. Best of luck.
i don't think this minimum is right. i got an interview this year though i was eventually rejected, my ug sci/total gpa much < 3.0, unless they used my grad gpa in which case, it is > 3.4 (and i did have mcat > 30 and post-bacc close to perfect with 4.0 for sci)
Are the essays the same every year? I am working on them now. Also, I am struggling with one of the essays since I have minimal work with the economically/medically disadvantaged poplulation. I might just have to expand on a few limited experiences 😕

You should still apply even with your GPA lower than a 3.4, I know I will. I went to one of their "Osteopathic Awareness" conferences and they said their absolute cut-off GPA is 2.8 - and that they would only look at that applicant if they were spectacular with everything else.
