Western deadline..Recieved by or Postmarked?

Does anyone know for sure if the deadline due date of Nov.1 st to Western is "postmarked by" or "recieved by?" I forgot to send something in and now I am little paranoid that my application won't be processed. I couldn't verify for sure on the website but most deadlines are "postmarked by" from experience. If that's the case I can send it on Monday and still be ok. Thanks.

Mike- You should probably call the school first thing Monday and ask. If it does need to be recieved by Monday and you don't live within traveling distance, perhaps they will allow you to fax your application to them. If they do, be sure to check back with the office to make sure that it has been recieved and they are aware that it needs to be processed. You would probably need to authorize your application fee to be paid over the phone by credit card, or overnight them a check for the application fee.
