WEstern interview w/out secondary

You should try to send in the secondary before you goto an interview so they can review your file after you are done with interview.

I was contacted from western about 2 weeks again with the same information.
However, they did highly reccommend I complete my secondary before the interview.
I actually visited Western today for a tour...mixed thoughts about the school...but overal I think it was good.
Anyhow...when did you schedule ur interview for?

Western does not have a university hospital however there is a very strong affiliation with Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (San Bernardino County Hospital) where we do most of our core rotations and Arrowhead has several COMP sponsored residencies from FP to Neurosurgery.
I actually live in orange county which is about an hour away from the campus...
so Im probably gonna drive over there...
but it would be definetly cool to have lunch with you and check out more of the campus
I was informed that i should arrive at 9:45...but im not sure exactly when i will be interviewing.
Let me know if you have any questions regarding the campus...I just visited there today...and took a tour of the campus...

I got my letter on how to set up my email account before I even got my acceptance letter. Needless to say, it left me a wee bit confused, and I couldn't call until after the Thanksgiving break (*haha* I drove myself crazy with the- "well, if I got an email account, I must be in...") 🙄
I finally got my acceptance letter 2 weeks later... the date on it was 3 days after my interview. Western makes QUICK decisions, but takes forever to get the letter to you...
I have heard of ppl who have interviewed and been accepted before they turn in their secondary too. so, I suppose if they really, really like you... 😉
Western's a great school. yeah it's in a strip mall, yeah it's in Pomona, but I think you'll notice that the majority of the students are very, very happy there.

I interviewed at Western on Oct. 17. Crystal requested to see me in the morning but she came in late. I made a trip to see her after my interview was done only to find that they didn't have my supplementary application. Luckily I made a copy for my own keep. I did some back tracking and realized a check has never been sent to them in the first place. I had come to conclude that they received my supp but didn't keep it on my file since the "dough" wasn't there! I was upset because my interviewers didn't have my essays with them at the time of the interview. I could have been shone in better light in my opinion if they had me supp.
Yes. I got my interview invite w/o sending in my secondary first.

exactly, and i know they interview late. i think they're interviewing for seats and not waitlist spots into may and maybe even the beginning of june.
