Can anyone shed some light for Western's interview process aside from what they have posted online? I'll be there 2/3/16 and was hoping someone could give some tips!

You can pretty much dig through all the relatively recent Western threads...unless they've drastically changed, the format is still the same (multiple mini interviews plus some random activities).
