western secondary

hey all, I am tryin 2 fill out my western U secondary, but is there a form that im suppose 2 dl?? or do i jus follow the directions and make up my own form. I cant seem to open up the secondary file...THANKS!!!

comp attatched the secondary file to the email they sent me...which is a pdf you can download and fill out with an acrobat professional demo, etc. here's a link to it, though--if you want to get started before they send it to you: http://www.westernu.edu/bin/admissions/DO/DOSUPP2010.pdf

Also, you can fill in the blanks you just can't save it without acrobat professional. If you really want acro professional there's a bunch in torrent land.
