I came across this , and was wondering what exactly is it and how does it work ?
WRGP is an exceptional educational resource for the West, allowing master’s, graduate certificate, and Ph.D. students who are residents of WICHE’s. 15 member states and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands to enroll in some 350 high-quality programs at 59 participating institutions and pay resident tuition at public institutions. Participating private institutions must offer a 30 percent tuition discount. In fall 2014 1,345 students enrolled through WRGP and saved an estimated $19.9 million in tuition; the average savings is estimated at $14,837 per student.
