Hi, you should definitely check out the Western Class of 2010 thread on the Osteopathic forum....they've discussed housing issues on that. As far as the new on campus apt (the Helix), it opened in January and it's up and running. Students have already started putting down deposits for apts. For August 2006, their 1 bedrooms are all gone, but I think they have a lot of 2 bedrooms left. I think it was nice and clean, and I liked its proximity to campus. If you are a female and considering a place at the Helix, PM me as I'm looking for a roommate.
