I think so, or you could just copy and paste everything over into a word doc for your records?

Also I hope you're asking for next cycle because it's far too late to apply for this current cycle imo...

Yes, you'll be able to access your submitted secondary in your student portal. However, you will not be able to change anything once it's submitted.
