Wet Reckless bs DUI

How do schools view a Wet Reckless charge vs a DUI?
This is important because my lawyer has informed me the DA is willing to reduce my DUI charge to a Wet Reckless, if the Wet Reckless charge will increase my chances of gaining admission to medical school compared to a full on DUI charge.
The DUI charge and wet reckless charge are both misdemeanors in my state.

The biggest mistake of my life.. one that i regret and will never repeat. A huge blemish on my otherwise clean record.

It doesn't look good but its not the end of the world. Man up and be prepared to talk about it in your interviews because they will ask you about it. I have multiple acceptances and also have a prior DUI on my record. They asked me to explain myself in every interview I went to. PM me if you have any questions.

Both look bad, will come up, will require explanation, and will likely affect your chances, but a wet and reckless is better than a DUI.
