Just wanted to share this with you guys, as I'm sure it applies to more than just the MCAT.

As some of you know, I only have this week to prepare for the MCAT. Whether this will be my downfall this cycle or not, who knows.

Anyways, yesterday afternoon I was ready to give up on my studying and just accept whatever happens on Saturday. I was getting almost ever question I tried to answer in the ExamKracker books wrong.

This morning, I got a good night's sleep, ate a decent breakfast, relaxed for a bit, and worked out (which I haven't done since starting my study regiment). Now I'm getting almost every question right, even on the AAMC exams.

It's amazing how much of a difference your physical state and, subsequently, your confidence can make for almost everything in life.

Just my $0.02 for those of you who are in school now, applying, or taking the MCAT on Saturday. Don't neglect your body, and don't stop any routines you may have had before the MCAT. Missing them could seriously screw you up.

I'm ready for this stupid test. Bring it on!! *Crazy Marine smiley*
