In order to not take any prerequisites classes at community college I'm going to have to take in the range of 30-40 credits doing Clep, DSST, ECE and TECEP exams to get my Business Degree in a reasonable time period. Will this disadvantage me in anyway? I'm not going to take any Med School prerequisites at CC but I'm wondering about the over all opinion of testing out of that many classes.

I took CLEP tests in order to get credit for english 101 and 201. My undergrad gave me the credit and I was off the hook as far as they were concerned. However, reviewing the requirements for my med school and talking with my pre med advisor I ended up having to take an actual english 101 class. This put me as a senior in an english 101 class. woof.

I wish I would have taken more CLEP tests. My high school offered almost 0 AP credits, so taking history might have been nice.
