I am majoring B.S. Biology and minoring in Mathematics.

So, my first degree is B.S. Biology. Then, can I put Mathematics for 2nd Major for 1st degree?

A Minor is not a Major, so no. Why put it anyways, one's choice of Major, 2nd Major, or Minor has little impact on admissions.

It'll be on your transcript. If they're interested they'll ask you about it at the interview. But no, it's not the same as a 2nd major.

I didn't list my minors. If the subject is of strong interest to you, talk about it in your personal statement.
