hey ive already been verified by AMCAS, and im working on secondaries... here is my original list of schools
stats 32 mcat 3.79BCMP 3.83 overall, decent ECs, but nothing extraordinary

is my list a little too top heavy, im considering adding more schools and dropping some of the ones on this list....

I have similar stats. I think your selection is top heavy. What I did was decided how many colleges I was going to apply to, then divided my selections into 3 groups. Top, middle and "sure" colleges. Let us see what happens. Good luck with the essay writing.

Looks pretty good...maybe add NYMC and another lower tier?
 
any suggestions of lower tier schools in urban areas?
 
Maybe St. Louis Univ., I liked the program there and it is a little bit of a safer school than some of the ones you have. Or Tulane if you don't mind New Orleans.
 
I dunno. Looks fine to me. If you really want, yeah...add a few more safe schools, but you probably don't need to take out anymore...unless for financial reasons.
