What AEGD/GPR externship programs do you recommend?

I'm looking for programs that have the most hands-on AEGD or GPR externships. I'm not sure if there are externships that allow hands-on procedures but I would like to find programs that are valuable to have as experience. Preferably I would like to get exposed to endo, implants, and OS.

As of now, I'm looking to extern at UTHSCSA and Columbia.
