What do you think are the highlights and then the challenges with the optometry profession?
What do you see as being the biggest hinderance to the growth of the profession?

Can someone help me with these questions? I am preparing for an interview soon and I'm not sure how to answer them.

1. Highlights: many different ways to practice. Retail, private practice, hospital-based, group, group with OMD, community clinic, academia...
2. Challenges: battling insurance/online retailers etc
3. Hindrance to growth... insurance reimbursements.
