If I do is as sort of externship- does it mean I can only observe?

I did check it out..but it dsnt say anything specific.. just general stuff..and also, you'd need to login.
What does it mean that you are a RDA? Did you take a RDA course?

To answer your questions in the order it was raised- Yes, I'm an RDA.
I took an online couse.
The course is $50, the CPR card is about $65, the registation application fee $50, activation fee about $30.
I'm in texas.
