What are good questions to ask during interviews?

Specifically to ask faculty.

I feel like all of the legitimate questions that I have are already answered by interview time or they are easily found on their website.

My go to question "are there any changes going on in the program?"

Sometimes I feel this dilemma too.....
Most of the legitimate questions are answered during the program director's presentation.
Some people have told me that you could still ask the questions for which you already knew the answers to, but I was afraid it's gonna show that you were not paying attention...
