So here are my stats

I want to start by saying my majors. I am graduating with a Biology and Psychology degree.
I have very good grades except for a year, in which I really messed up, mostly because of personal reasons. I got a C in physics 1 and a D in a psychology class (a research paper writing class). I also have a B- in Gen Chem 2, and B- in other psych classes those are my lowest grades. I have mostly A's and and maybe 4 B's around there.
I had an upward trend in my junior and senior year. Mostly A's and one B+
The D and the C destroyed my GPA, it went from a 3.75, to a 3.3. It still hasn't fully recovered
I currently have a 3.55 cumulative GPA and a 3.6 science GPA

In addition, I have 2 years of research, 3 poster presentations. Two summer internships, one at NYU and other at the University of Michigan.
I have 1o months of volunteering experience.
And I may have a publication.

I got a 33 on the MCAT

What are my chances.

I really don't want to go to a DO school. Help please

Your MCAT is above average for matriculants and your GPA is about 0.15 below the average for matriculants. You can get into an MD school as long as you don't aim for all reach schools.

Stat-wise, I'd agree that you're fine, especially with the two-year steep upward grade trend. EC-wise though, your experiences seem more like those of someone aiming to get into a PhD program. I'd hope you have serious plans to gain active clinical experience and nonmedical community service through this application cycle. You didn't mention it, but physician shadowing is also expected. And think about finding a leadership or teaching experience if you haven't done so, as these also strengthen one's application. Mentioning all these improvements in update letters (where allowed), Secondaries, and interview conversations will help your case.
