My sGPA is 3.78 and cGPA is 3.74 (I got a C in my sociology class). I still have one year left to boost my GPA to ~3.8+. I have over 100 hours of clinical volunteering, 50 hours of non-clinical volunteering, 300 hours of clinical research. I will try to get at least 50 hours of shadowing experience before applying to medical school. What are my chances of getting into a medical school? If you don't mind, please share your stats and ECs? Thank you.

Zero right now if you haven't taken the MCAT.

Seriously though you seem to be on track. Maintain your GPA (you don't need a 3.8+; 3.7X is fine), do more volunteering and some shadowing, and study hard for the MCAT, not taking it until your practice scores are where you want them to be.

Get >ecs and MCAT. You need a lot more before you can apply. And asking individuals their scores won’t help you, look up the statistics

Your EC's will be the death of your application if you don't do anything meaningful. Committees wanna see/hear a story. Give them one. Go work for underserved individuals. Don't be the avg applicant and check off the "normal" ECs
