What are my chances? Should I be worried?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
It sounds like you would be a great candidate for your state school for sure. Definitely learn as much as possible about what kind of students they are looking for and their admissions process.

How are your personal statements? You are a fairly well rounded applicant but I am inclined to ask, "so what else?" What are your passions, what makes you a diverse candidate?

I am a rising senior at a state university in Mississippi.

White Male
sGPA: 3.95
cGPA: 3.96
MCAT: 507

300 hours employed one summer at large orthopedic clinic
200+ hours volunteering at local hospital
100+ hours volunteering at local Alzheimer's clinic
120 hours shadowing physicians of 5 different specialties
Founding member and president of Alzheimer's Awareness organization on campus
Various positions held within my fraternity
No research experience

I feel like my extracurriculars are lacking. Acceptance to any U.S. MD school would be satisfactory for me.

It should be noted that the University of Mississippi School of Medicine only accepts in-state students and its average MCAT for matriculants is a 503.
